- Does the hotel offer on-site guest parking?
Yes, guests at our suites and villas have access to an on-site guest carpark. However, due to space limitations, there is only limited carpark for visitors at the hotel's entrance. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at the hotel.
- Do all rooms at the resort have a pool?
We have Six (6) different room types with custom amenities.
The spacious Deluxe King room has a balcony but no pool. Instead, guests may enjoy the sparkling outdoor rooftop pool with spectacular ocean views.
The spacious Deluxe Twin room also offers a balcony but no pool. Again, our magnificent outdoor rooftop pool is a superb alternative for guests to enjoy.
Our Pool Suite, Pool Suite Ocean View, and Pool Villa Ocean View feature their own outdoor pools.
In addition to our magnificent rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea, guests may also enjoy the Thabtim pool, which is set in lush greenery.
- Where do the ($) shuttles run, and do they offer return shuttle service?
The shuttle departs from the hotel lobby every hour between 10am and 8pm daily. The shuttle stops at Jungceylon shopping center (pick up is always 20 minutes past the hour) and at Patong Beach, close to Bangla Road (pick up is always 30 minutes past the hour). Traffic and other unavoidable delays may slightly delay pick-up times in Patong. Booking in advance is recommended and the ticket is Thai Baht 50 per seat per way.
- Does the hotel offer laundry, in-room cloths irons and hair dryers?
Laundry is available pricelist in every room.
- Are the villa and suite pools heated?
In the tropical Thailand, the pool are ambient temperature and not heated.
- Check-in & Check-out time? Check-in: 14:00 hrs / Check-out: 12:00 hrs Noon
- Pet Allowed? The hotel only allows service dog.
- Is Airport Pick Up available?
The hotel can arrange airport pick up for Thai Baht 1,500 per way (max 6 people in a van with luggages), please advise 72 hours before arrival with our reservations team at reservations@wyndhamgrandphuket.com
Please advise if travelling with children under 6 years of age, or those 135cm or less in height, must be placed in booster seat or a child safety seat.
